China-Apponted Attesting Officers attest the following types of documents:

• declarations, certification and witnessing of execution of legal documents.
• certification of original and duplicate documents and certification of legal facts including company particulars and resolutions of directors and/or shareholders of companies. 
  
• the attested documents must not violate Hong Kong and PRC law. 
• documents, acts and matters of non-Hong Kong origin are not qualified to be attested.
