Proof of Business Entities Established in Hong Kong

Attestation or notarization of resolution of board of directors, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:

certificate of incorporation
Annual Return
Notification of change of company secretaries and directors (if any)
Business Registration Certificate
Resolution or abstract of the resolution of board of directors
As the case may be, authorized representative's identity document

Board Resolutions

Attestation or notarization for due incorporation or existence of a current business established in Hong Kong: company incorporated in Hong Kong, sole proprietor and partnership businesses.

A limited company, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Annual Return
- Notification of change of company secretaries and directors (if any)
- Business Registration Certificate.
If the business is a sole proprietor or a partnership, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
- Business Registration Certificate
- Application for business registration
- Identity documents of the sole proprietor or partners
