Attestation or notarization of resolution of board of directors, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
- certificate of incorporation
- Annual Return
- Notification of change of company secretaries and directors (if any)
- Business Registration Certificate
- Resolution or abstract of the resolution of board of directors
- As the case may be, authorized representative's identity document
Attestation or notarization for due incorporation or existence of a current business established in Hong Kong: company incorporated in Hong Kong, sole proprietor and partnership businesses.
- A limited company, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Annual Return
- Notification of change of company secretaries and directors (if any)
- Business Registration Certificate.
- If the business is a sole proprietor or a partnership, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
- Business Registration Certificate
- Application for business registration
- Identity documents of the sole proprietor or partners
