Proof of Business Entities Established in Hong Kong

Attestation or notarization of resolution of board of directors, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
  • certificate of incorporation
  • Annual Return 
  • Notification of change of company secretaries and directors (if any)
  • Business Registration Certificate
  • Resolution or abstract of the resolution of board of directors
  • As the case may be, authorized representative's identity document

Board Resolutions

Attestation or notarization for due incorporation or existence of a current business established in Hong Kong: company incorporated in Hong Kong, sole proprietor and partnership businesses.

  • A limited company, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
    • Certificate of incorporation
    • Annual Return 
    • Notification of change of company secretaries and directors (if any)
    • Business Registration Certificate.
  • If the business is a sole proprietor or a partnership, the China-Appointed Attesting Officer requires the following:
    • Business Registration Certificate
    • Application for business registration
    • Identity documents of the sole proprietor or partners
