Document Attestation - Attest a Declaration to marry a citizen in Mainland China
- to get married with a citizen in Mainland China, a male party is required to have a bachelor certificate to prove his unmarried status. In the case of a female party, a spinister certificate is required.
- our China-Appoint Attesting Officer is capable of provide such attestation. This is by way of a Declaration attested by our China-Appoint Attesting Officer.
- Fee: $1000-1400 (for reference only) and disbursements not included.
- Documents for proof for attestation:
- Identity document of the declarant e.g. Hong Kong identity card
- Certificate of Absence of Marriage Record issued by Hong Kong Marriage Registry
- Divorce Certificate if the declarant is a divorced person
- Certificate of registration of death if the declarant is a widow/widower
